Basic Architecture HR – Update

For a client (in 2016) we drew a basic HR architecture that is becoming very common in larger organisations. Nothing revolutionary, but it helped in the discussion about the future of HR in this organisation. Very common: HR Operations is still undervalued. High quality HR architects are scarce.
